GIS Innovation Ltd · Trading as Tailored.cv & brilAIante · Last updated: 23 February 2026
This document contains your full legal agreement with GIS Innovation Ltd (trading as Tailored.cv). Please read it. Your primary remedy if something goes wrong is a simple refund — see Section 11.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tailored.cv platform and related services (the "Service") operated by GIS Innovation Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Tailored.cv and brilAIante ("we," "us," or "the Company").
By purchasing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms were last updated on 23 February 2026. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle your personal data.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To use the Service, you must:
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a third party (e.g. as a career coach or HR professional preparing materials for a client), you represent that you have the authority and consent of that individual to submit their personal and professional information.
Tailored.cv is a one-time-purchase AI-powered service that analyses your existing CV and a target job description, then generates a complete career application bundle tailored to that specific role.
Each Report includes:
Optional sections (cover letter, LinkedIn rewrite) may be excluded at your discretion via the settings on the input form. Excluding optional sections does not alter the purchase price.
The Report is delivered by displaying it on screen upon completion of AI processing. You are responsible for saving, copying, or printing your Report before closing the page. We do not retain your Report or Input Data after generation.
The current price for one Report is £12.99 + VAT (inclusive of any applicable taxes). This price is displayed clearly at the point of purchase and is subject to change at our discretion. Any price change will apply only to purchases made after the change is published.
A binding contract between you and the Company is formed at the point at which your payment is confirmed by the Merchant of Record. Each purchase entitles you to one Report generation. Separate purchases are required for additional Reports (whether for the same role or different roles).
There is no subscription, recurring billing, or auto-renewal. Each purchase is a single, standalone transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Your Input Data: You retain full ownership of all Input Data you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your Report. This licence terminates immediately upon deletion of your data following Report generation.
Your Report: Subject to payment and your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Report content for your own career application purposes. This includes the right to copy, edit, and submit the CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn rewrite as your own.
Platform IP: All intellectual property rights in the Tailored.cv Platform — including its software, algorithms, design, branding, and methodology — remain the exclusive property of GIS Innovation Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of Platform IP to you.
You must not represent the Report as a product or service you have created for commercial resale, or use it in any way that would infringe the Company's intellectual property rights.
The Report is generated using artificial intelligence. By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following:
You must not use the Service to:
Breach of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. The key data principles for the Service are:
Support for the Service is provided on a best-efforts basis. We aim to respond to all support queries within one UK business day.
Support covers:
Support does not include:
There is no service level agreement (SLA) for response times. Support is provided by the founding team and response capacity may vary during periods of high demand or outside UK business hours.
We offer a no-questions refund within 72 hours of purchase, up to a maximum of three refunds per customer. To request a refund, contact us (see Section 18) with your order reference number. No explanation is required. Refunds are processed via the Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
After the 72-hour window, refunds are issued at our discretion and only where a demonstrable technical failure prevented you from receiving a usable Report (e.g. a processing error resulting in missing sections). Dissatisfaction with Report quality — where the Report has been delivered in full — does not automatically qualify for a refund outside the window, but we will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.
Consumer rights: Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer protection law, including rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By using the Service and receiving your Report, you acknowledge that the digital content has been supplied and that the right to cancel under those Regulations does not apply where the supply of digital content has begun with your prior express consent.
As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, tax collection and remittance, chargebacks, and payment disputes. Their terms of service and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction itself.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets where supported by Lemon Squeezy's platform.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Where you are located outside the UK, local taxes may apply and will be calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
In the event of a payment dispute, you should contact Lemon Squeezy in the first instance. If the dispute relates to the content or delivery of your Report (rather than the payment transaction), contact us directly (see Section 18).
We take fraud prevention seriously. The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access, permanent exclusion from the Service, and referral to relevant authorities:
Chargeback abuse — initiating a bank dispute after receiving a Report, without attempting to resolve the issue through our support process — will result in permanent exclusion from the Service and may be reported to the Merchant of Record and relevant payment networks.
We aim to make the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable or degraded due to:
If you have paid for a Report and the Service is unable to generate it due to a technical failure, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the standard refund window. Contact us with your order reference and we will investigate promptly.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. Where we discontinue the Service entirely, we will honour all refund requests for unfulfilled purchases.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Report to which the claim relates. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also, at our discretion, provide notice of material changes via the Platform.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Changes to these Terms do not affect your rights with respect to any purchase made before the change took effect, except where required by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer located in another part of the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may also apply.
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly (see Section 18) so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. We will respond to all formal disputes within five UK business days.
For any queries relating to these Terms, your Report, refunds, or data rights, please contact us:
When contacting us about a specific order, please include your order reference number (available from your payment confirmation) to help us locate your transaction quickly.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one UK business day. For refund requests, see Section 11. For payment disputes, contact the Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy) in the first instance.
This Privacy Policy explains how GIS Innovation Ltd (trading as Tailored.cv and brilAIante) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Tailored.cv platform. It should be read alongside the Terms & Conditions above.

Your Input Data — including your CV, job description, and all form responses — is deleted automatically after your Report is generated. We operate a zero-retention model: no CV database, no stored career histories, no user profiles. A scheduled automated deletion process runs continuously to enforce this.
Payment records are retained by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) in accordance with their data retention policy and applicable financial regulations.
Your data passes through the following categories of third-party infrastructure, all operating under formal Data Processing Agreements and GDPR-compliant terms:

Because Input Data is deleted immediately after Report generation, there is typically nothing to erase by the time a request is received. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the details in Section 18.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
Tailored.cv does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile individual users. Standard server-side logs are collected automatically by web infrastructure for security purposes and are not used for marketing or behavioural targeting.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this section will reflect any changes. Material changes will be noted on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
