Narrative lens = strategy (Fixer Mode and more)
This shapes how your story is told — especially useful for mid-to-senior roles.
Fixer / Turnaround: stabilise, remove ambiguity, deliver measurable recovery
Builder / 0→1: create from scratch, validate, ship
Operator / Scale & Process: improve systems, efficiency, reliability
Growth / Commercial: revenue, pipeline, expansion, conversion
Tone = how it sounds
Direct, warm, confident, formal — choose what fits the role and region.
Body copy:
Use these settings to control how your CV reads and how long it is. Tailored.cv will still generate a strong output if you leave them on the recommended defaults.
Writing Style: choose ATS-Max for strict corporate screening, Balanced for most roles, or Human-Natural for leadership/startup/creative roles.
Target CV Page Length: Auto uses country norms. Strict 1 page compresses older roles; Standard 2 pages is typical in the UK.
Evidence & metrics level = how strongly we push quantified achievements
